Description:
Our soap bars are formulated with organic, cold pressed natural oils, Beeswax, water and lye derived from natural wood ash to create a reaction called saponification. This process creates soap and glycerin. The mixture is then poured into molds and left for 48 hours before unmolding. Once our soap is unmolded, it is cut into bars and cured for 6-8 weeks. The curing process is a crucial step as the soap will become harder, longer-lasting and gentler on the skin. It’s a bit like aging a fine wine – the longer it ages, the better it gets.
Indulge in the pure luxury of our soap, meticulously handcrafted with a blend of natural oils to pamper your skin. Our artisanal soap is made using the traditional cold process method, ensuring that each bar is a labor of love and a treat for your senses.
Ingredients:
Skin Patch Test:
Before you use this product, it is important to do a skin-patch-test in the crook of your elbow to ascertain whether you might be allergic. Wet the skin and soap bar. Apply a small amount of soap on the skin, wash the skin for 1 minute. Rinse off with lukewarm water and wait 24 hours.
If you experience skin irritation, redness, itching or discomfort, it is important to stop using the product immediately. Skin irritation can be a sign of an allergic reaction or sensitivity to the ingredients. Discontinue use and gently cleanse your skin with a mild cleanser. Follow up with a soothing moisturizer to help calm the skin. If irritation persists or worsen, it is advisable to consult a dermatologist for further guidance.
Storage:
Keep the soap bar dry after use, preferably in a soap dish with drainage slats as the soap may become mushy due to the high oil and glycerine content. Keep in a cool area away from sunlight, children, animals, moisture and heat.
