NDGA - Gel Cream (Anti-Acne) - 50ml

Description:

Our NDGA (Nordihydroguaiaretic Acid) gel cream is formulated with Oleanolic Acid as an acne treatment.  Nordihydroguaiaretic acid is a naturally occurring compound derived from the Creosote Bush.

Oleanolic acid fights hyperseborrhea, while NDGA is a cell growth regulator that inhibits hyperkeratosis (excessive build-up of skin cells on the surface of the skin). 

Acne is the result of hair follicles becoming blocked when too much sebum is produced and combines with dead skin cells. NDGA combined with Oleanolic acid control inflammation, bacterial growth, fights "break-out" by reducing hyperseborrhea, hyperkeratosis and bacterial proliferation.

Directions for Use:  

Apply a small amount of serum to a clean dry skin and gently massage into your face and neck using upward motions, focusing on areas of concern. Allow the serum to fully absorb before applying, moisturizer, sunscreen or makeup. Use twice daily.

Skin Patch Test:

Before you use this product, it is important to do a skin-patch-test in the crook of your elbow to ascertain whether you might be allergic. Apply a small amount of product on the skin and wait 24 hours. 

If you experience skin irritation, redness, itching or discomfort, it is important to stop using the product immediately.  Skin irritation can be a sign of an allergic reaction or sensitivity to the ingredients. Discontinue use and gently cleanse your skin with a mild cleanser. Follow up with a soothing moisturizer to help calm the skin. If irritation persists or worsen, it is advisable to consult a dermatologist for further guidance.

Storage: 

Keep well sealed and store in a cool area away from sunlight, children, animals, moisture and heat.
