Description:

Our sulfate-free, Conditioning Shampoo is a gentle, yet an effective cleanser which doesn't strip the hair of its natural oils.  Formulated with Protein, Keratin and D-Panthenol for shine and luster.  

The conditioning agent in the formula, Lauryl/Myristyl Polyricinoleate, derived from Palm oil (RSPO), Castor oil and Canola oil, improves shine and and reduce frizz.

Clarity on BTMS:

Some people read the name, Behentrimonium Methosulphate aka as BTMS on the ingredients list.  Behentrimonium Methosulphate is NOT A SULFATE despite its name. BTMS as it is commonly known is a quaternary ammonium compound used in hair care products as a conditioning agent, it helps to detangle and soften the hair without causing buildup and weighing it down.

Direction for Use:

Wet your hair thoroughly with warm water.  Take a small amount of shampoo in your palm, for short hair about 1-2 pumps, more for longer hair.

Gently massage the shampoo into your scalp using your fingertips, working into a lather.  Rinse your hair thoroughly, repeat if necessary and follow up with a conditioner.

Skin Patch Test:

Before you use this product, it is important to do a skin-patch-test in the crook of your elbow to ascertain whether you might be allergic. Wet the skin and apply a small amount of shampoo and wash the arm for 1 minute, rinse thoroughly and dry the skin. Wait 24 hours. 

If you experience skin irritation, redness, itching or discomfort, it is important to stop using the product immediately.  Skin irritation can be a sign of an allergic reaction or sensitivity to the ingredients.

Discontinue use and gently cleanse your skin with a mild cleanser. Follow up with a soothing moisturizer to help calm the skin. If irritation persists or worsens, it is advisable to consult a dermatologist for further guidance.
